Our design and customer service teams operate from Australia, while our products are stored and shipped from Asia to optimize warehousing and labor costs. However, we are fully committed to delivering orders within the estimated timeframes published on every product page.
The specific timeframe is as below:
- Processing time: about 2 – 4 business days to ship out your product (not including shipping time).
- Shipping time: you should receive your order within 6 – 10 business days. Shipping times may be delayed by 2 – 3 business days during peak seasons.

Tracking number
