Refund Policy

Returns
We do not provide refunds if you change your mind or choose an incorrect size. If you are dissatisfied with your choice for any reason, you can exchange your goods. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the following condition:

  • Unworn

  • Tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Without perfume or deodorant smells

  • Without makeup or fake tan marks

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds must be approved by Island Style Shirt, which only occurs when there are genuine reasons, or under special circumstances, where Island Style Shirt agrees to the refund as a gesture of goodwill. Always contact us to apply for approval before returning goods.

If a refund has been approved in a situation where Island Style Shirt was not required to provide one, we may charge an administration fee to cover shipping and handling costs. You will be advised in advance if this applies.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Regular-priced items and sale items can be exchanged, provided the sale item is exchanged for another sale item of equal value. Sale items cannot be returned under other circumstances.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at [email protected].


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
